  • Where is the Salon Located?

  • What are the Salon Hours?
    Monday - Friday : 9am – 8pm Saturday - Sunday : 9am – 5pm
  • Where is Salon Customer Parking?
    Facing the storefront, the parking lot is located left of the strip mall.
  • How do I Schedule an Appointment?
    For appointment bookings, please use our online system through Vagaro or contact the salon directly by calling or texting 813-955-4329 for any appointment or customer service inquiries. If you reach out outside of business hours or when we are with a client, we will respond as soon as possible, no later than the following business day. While reaching out to your stylist directly or through social media DMs can be convenient, it's not the most efficient way to connect and doesn't align with our systems and procedures.
  • What is our Late Fee Policy?
    We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive late, a late fee of $20 may be added to your total service amount, provided that your services can still be performed to our professional standards without impacting other clients' appointments. If only a portion of your scheduled services can be completed due to tardiness, you will still be charged for the full appointment. If none of the services can be performed, our cancellation policy will apply.
  • What is our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?
    We strive to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. To ensure fairness and optimize appointment availability, we kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Rescheduling or Cancelling with less than 24-hour notice will result in a $50 fee. No Call, No Show result in a 100% charge for all scheduled services.
  • What is our Refund Policy?
    While we do not offer refunds on chemical or cut services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns with your service, we are committed to making it right. Please reach out to us within one week of your original appointment, and we will address your concerns, within reason, at no additional charge. After this one-week period, standard pricing will apply.
  • What is your Children Policy?
    To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we kindly request that children not be brought into the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm and focused environment for everyone.
  • How does our Referral Program Work?
    Enjoy exclusive benefits when you refer someone to South Tampa Salon. As a token of appreciation, your referral will receive $20 off their first appointment. Additionally, once they’ve completed their appointment, you will receive a $20 credit towards your next visit. It’s our way of expressing gratitude for your ongoing support and trust in our salon.
